Where Clinical Care Meets Personal Connection

Magnolia Nurse Aesthetics was founded with a vision to create a different kind of aesthetic experience—one that combines the knowledge and attention to safety of a registered nurse with the warmth and personal connection of individualized care.

At Magnolia, treatments aren't about changing what makes you you. They're about understanding your goals, thoughtfully evaluating your features, and creating a treatment plan designed to enhance what is already there.

Whether you're visiting for your first aesthetic treatment, maintaining results you already love, or gathering friends for a private aesthetic event, you can expect an experience that feels comfortable, unrushed, and centered around you.

Hi, I’m Tiffany.

I’ve been a Registered Nurse since 2000, and throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to care for people in many different areas of healthcare; from Hospitals Medical-Surgical and Intensive Care Units to Hospital Quality, Patient Safety, and also Utilization Management. No matter where nursing has taken me, one thing has remained the same: I genuinely love caring for people and helping them feel their best. My path into aesthetics, however, is a little more personal.

Why Magnolia?

When our family moved into our home, one of the things I immediately loved was the beautiful Southern Magnolia tree outside our back window. We affectionately call her “Maggie.”

Not long after we moved in, a heavy winter storm covered Maggie in snow and ice. The weight became so great that a large portion of her branches broke away. When the storm passed, she looked completely different. She had lost so much of what had once made her full and beautiful, and I wondered how or if she would recover.

Over time, Maggie began to heal. New growth appeared. Her branches filled in. And eventually, she began producing those magnificent magnolia blooms again. At the time, I simply admired her resilience. I had no idea how much her story would eventually come to mean to me.

Later, at the age of 42, I was diagnosed with hormone-positive breast cancer, and suddenly I found myself facing a storm of my own. My treatment included chemotherapy, reconstructive surgery, and the removal of my ovaries. The physical and emotional changes that followed seemed to happen all at once. Hot flashes and mood swings were completely new to me, but I also began noticing changes I hadn’t expected when I looked in the mirror. My skin seemed duller, its tone and texture had changed, and the lines I had developed over the years suddenly appeared much deeper. There were days when I simply didn’t recognize the person looking back at me. After everything my body had been through, I wanted to feel like myself again.

Then one evening, my hairdresser, Laura, asked me a question I wasn’t expecting:

“Have you ever considered Botox?”

My immediate reaction was, “No way!”

But the question stayed with me. I started thinking about how I had been feeling about the changes in my appearance, and the nurse in me wanted to understand more. So, naturally, I did my research. The more I learned, the more comfortable I became with the idea, and eventually I decided to schedule a consultation. I was nervous about getting injections in my face, but after learning more about the treatment and seeing just how small the needle was, I decided to give it a try.

A little over a week later, I noticed a difference. The deeper lines had softened, my face looked brighter and more refreshed, and when I looked in the mirror, I felt a little more like myself again. It wasn’t about trying to look younger or becoming someone different. After everything my body had been through, it was about reconnecting with the person I still felt like on the inside.

Through it all, Maggie was still right outside my window. During treatment, on the days when I wasn’t feeling my best, I could look outside and watch her produce the most magnificent blooms. After everything she had endured, she was still creating something beautiful. In the middle of such a challenging time in my life, there was something incredibly comforting about that.

I began to see Maggie differently. She had weathered her own storm—one that had changed her and left its mark—but she had healed, continued to grow, and found a way to bloom again. I began to realize the same could be true for me. As I recovered, that idea stayed with me. Healing wasn’t about returning to exactly who I had been before cancer. It was about embracing who I was becoming, rediscovering my confidence, and learning to see the beauty in myself again.

That experience became a big part of what eventually drew me to aesthetics. I know firsthand how meaningful it can be to look in the mirror and feel a little more like yourself.

I wanted the opportunity to help others experience that feeling, too. So, a dear friend and I completed our neuromodulator and dermal filler training through Complete Aesthetics Training Institute in Portland, Oregon. The program included both classroom education and hands-on training with real clients—and I discovered a part of nursing that I absolutely loved. When it came time to name my practice, Magnolia felt like the only name that made sense.

To me, the magnolia represents more than beauty. It represents strength, resilience, healing, and renewal. It’s a reminder that the storms we experience may change us, but they don’t take away our ability to grow—or our ability to bloom again. That’s the spirit I want to bring to Magnolia Nurse Aesthetics. Whether you’re moving through a challenging season, celebrating an exciting one, or simply choosing to do something for yourself, I want to help you rediscover the beauty that is uniquely you. My goal isn’t to change what makes you you. It’s to help you rediscover it. Because sometimes beauty isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about blooming again.

Refine. Rejuvenate. Be You.
