Your Tox Event Host Guide
A little planning goes a long way! Use these tips to create a welcoming, well-organized event and help every guest reserve their spot.
1 Start with the details
Confirm the date, time, location, capacity, and whether your event is private (invited guests only) or public (open to additional Magnolia clients). Choose a comfortable space with seating, good lighting, handwashing access, and a separate area for private consultations and treatments. Coordinate setup needs with Magnolia.
2 Create your invitation
Use Evite, Paperless Post, a Facebook Event, or a group text/email. Include the event name, date, time, location or general area, what to expect, and Magnolia’s official event-specific registration link. In Evite, add the link to the Host Note. Use invitation tools for RSVPs, updates, and reminders.
3 Make registration easy

Every guest must register through Magnolia’s official event-specific link, even if they RSVP through Evite or Facebook.
Include the link in every invitation and reminder so Magnolia can plan attendance, consultations, and appointment slots. Guests should send health histories and treatment details directly to Magnolia through its approved process, never to the host.
4 Promote for your event type
Private events: Invite friends, coworkers, and neighbors personally by text or phone. Use group texts, Evite, or invite-only sharing. Keep event details and the registration link within your invited group; ask guests to check with you before inviting others.
Public events: Use Magnolia-approved graphics and the registration link in public social posts, Instagram Stories, and community groups where promotion is permitted. Coordinate co-promotion with Magnolia and ask Magnolia to invite existing clients.
For either event: Welcome guests to learn and ask questions. Treatment is optional and subject to clinical eligibility. Avoid promising results or discounts Magnolia has not approved.
5 Follow up and get ready
2–3 weeks before: Send invitations. 7 days before: Follow up with undecided guests. 2–3 days before: Send a final reminder with Magnolia’s registration link and event details. Encourage early registration because treatment slots may be limited. Confirm attendance and logistics with Magnolia; offer water and light refreshments if desired.
